For your first visit:

During a neurological consultation, our providers try to determine the basis of the problem. They take medical history that may include the present problem, the reason for neurological consultation, past medical history, any medical and medication history including allergic reactions, surgeries and hospitalizations. They perform a comprehensive neurodevelopmental examination. After taking the history and doing the appropriate examinations, our providers usually understand the problems and know which test to order. Comprehensive evaluation and testing often help them to confirm diagnosis and may lead to a specific treatment planning.
