Heather C. Gatesman APRN
Graduated as a Registered Nurse from Western Connecticut State University and as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Quinnipiac University. She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Connecticut Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Society. She has worked at CNS since 2009 after working in retail healthcare for 3 years. Heather has always enjoyed working with children and adolescents and started her nursing career in neonatal nursing.
Heather enjoys traveling and reading. She lives in Southbury with her husband and two young daughters.
Katie L. Sullivan APRN, FNP-BC, CDE, CLC
Graduated with a bachelors in nursing from Salve Regina University and a masters in nursing from Quinnipiac University, board certified as a family nurse practitioner. Additional certifications include diabetes educator and lactation counselor. She has worked in many specialties including maternity and newborn nursery, diabetes, child and adult health. She is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators. She is involved with many local Connecticut universities as a nursing instructor and preceptor for nursing students.
Katie lives in Bethany with her husband, three children, two dogs, and two cats.
